Emotions are a core component of who we are as people, a combination of biological and psychological processes that are associated with our thoughts, feelings and behavioral responses.  

This course will cover three areas:

  • Knowledge on emotion
  • Understanding Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Effective coping strategies and peer support

After completing this course, you will

  • Gain greater emotional awareness about yourself and others
  • Apply insights from CBT to your own emotions, behaviors & thoughts
